These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "You") and b8viv ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the b8viv website located at https://b8viv.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.4 Financial Capability

You represent that you are financially capable of bearing potential losses from gambling activities. You will only use funds that you can afford to lose without adversely affecting your financial situation or that of your dependents.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access most features of b8viv, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify b8viv of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. b8viv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. b8viv reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

4.4 Account Usage Restrictions

Your account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You may not use another person's account or allow others to use your account. You may not create an account using a false identity or providing false information. Accounts found to be operated by or on behalf of excluded persons, professional players, or for fraudulent purposes will be closed immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

b8viv accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and Bank Mandiri, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of deposits.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). Users may set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings in their account dashboard.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Transfers made outside banking hours will be credited within 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are usually processed within 5 minutes. b8viv is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests must be made through the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits whenever possible. For security purposes, Users must verify their identity and complete KYC procedures before the first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours during business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited. b8viv reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. In cases of suspected fraud or violation of Terms, b8viv may delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending investigation.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

b8viv operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. This requirement helps prevent the use of b8viv as a money transfer service. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by b8viv are available to eligible Users at the Company's sole discretion. b8viv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any bonus or promotion at any time. Users may not abuse bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, or any other fraudulent activity. Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and potential account closure.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.4 Maximum Bet Restrictions

8. Prohibited Activities

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. b8viv does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, technical issues may occasionally occur.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, b8viv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six months preceding the claim.

9.3 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, or communication failures that affect the integrity of betting or gaming, b8viv reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Users will be notified of any such actions.

9.4 Dispute Resolution

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.2 Suspension by b8viv

b8viv reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Service. Reasons for suspension or termination may include but are not limited to: provision of false information, underage gambling, breach of Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, abuse of bonuses, or engagement in prohibited activities.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may not re-register or attempt to access the Service using a different identity or account. b8viv reserves the right to retain funds and winnings in cases of termination due to Terms violations or fraudulent activity. In cases of termination without cause on our part, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and practices. Given the international nature of online gaming, disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration. By using b8viv, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of arbitration for resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
